1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.

Customers are advised to review product details, specifications, and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• The product must not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration

Exchange requests received after 4 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
• Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you may be asked to provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable

After verification, we will assist you with the exchange process.

5. Exchange Process

• Contact our customer support team within the eligible exchange period
• Share your order details and reason for exchange
• Once approved, instructions for the exchange will be provided
• The replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item passes quality inspection

6. Shipping Charges

• Customers may be required to bear the shipping cost for exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
